JOB DESCRIPTION :

Funrise is seeking a service minded and proactive Office Assistant to join the Sherman Oaks team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming and collaborative environment by possess a high standard of excellence, exercising good judgment and taking on a professional and resourceful approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Respond to all supervisor and team inquires in a timely matter. Anticipate needs and exhibit a sincere desire to meet and exceed them.
  • Manage office daily upkeep, maintenance and resolve basic office requests or issues.
  • Communicate with contractors, vendors and property management as needed.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and outcoming shipments, domestically and internationally.
  • Manage company vehicles, DMV trips, coordinating services with dealership, driving clients.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and safe office and shipping area.
  • Maintain stock of office beverages, snacks and supplies.
  • Execute daily errands, which include pickups.
  • Collaborate with operations teammates on ad hoc projects.
  • Any other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience. High end hospitality experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with UPS, USPS, FedEx service guide, packing and shipping.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and ability to operate both automatic vehicles.
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily errands.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime if needed.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance in accordance to Funrise standards.
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
  • Ability to operate a PC and standard Microsoft office suite.
  • Knowledge of the surrounding area, preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

    Compensation : $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
