Job Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for Oracle HCM technical and functional support, with expertise in reporting and Learning modules.

This role involves system configuration, customization, development, and user support to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle HCM technical and functional support.
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, with a focus on reporting and Learning modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM reporting tools.
• Configure and customize the Oracle Learning module to align with business needs.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Oracle HCM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Oracle HCM environment.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across the Oracle HCM system.
• Stay informed on the latest Oracle HCM updates, features, and best practices.
