Industrial Spray Coatings Technician
Location : Tolleson, AZ
Reports to : Production Supervisor
A day in your boots
You clock in at our Tolleson facility, review the day’s orders, and confirm coating specs. You mix solvent- and water-borne paints to the right viscosity, dial in your spray settings, and lay down a clean, even finish on steel components. Between runs, you swap filters, keep the booth and exhaust system in top shape, and verify finish quality before parts move on. When larger pieces arrive, you team up with a hoist, crane, or forklift to position them safely. You wrap the shift by documenting work in our ERP system and tidying the line—sometimes jumping in as a paint line attendant to keep production flowing.
