Job Title :   RN LTC

Job Requirements :

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions.

Conduct regular health assessments, record vital signs, and document changes in residents’ conditions in accordance with facility policies.

Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Supervise and guide licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to nursing standards.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and charting in Electronic Health Records (EHR) or EMR systems.

Educate residents and their families on health management, medications, and care plans.

Uphold infection control protocols, safety regulations, and ethical standards within the care facility.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Participate in care conferences, audits, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
