Job descriptionMonitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized entry. Maintain detailed logs of all access control activities, including visitor sign-ins and badge issuance. Assist with the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures and policies as directed by Allied Universal and client representatives. Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, following established protocols and using problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise. Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting individuals at access points within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and perimeter areas to help to deter security-related risks. Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with local authorities. Communicate clearly and professionally with all individuals encountered while performing access control duties. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Security Officer - Industrial Access Control

Monday 09 : 30 AM - 07 : 00 PM
Wednesday 02 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM
Saturday 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM
Sunday 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM
