Employment Type Full time Shift Evening Shift Description Position Purpose : At Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center , the Main Operating Room RN delivers safe, high-quality care to surgical patients. What You Will Do

• Provide intraoperative care by performing circulating and / or scrub duties, including patient positioning, site prep, instrumentation, and sterile technique.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient, coordinated care throughout procedures. Required Minimum Qualifications :
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Valid RN license in Connecticut Preferred
• Bachelor's in Nursing
• Ideal candidates will have 1 or more years of intraoperative nursing experience, including circulating and scrub experience.
• Current BLS / CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
• Familiarity with AORN standards Important Consideration This position is open to candidates seeking training through the AORN Periop 101 program. Comprehensive onboarding and education will be provided to support a successful transition into the intraoperative nursing environment. Position Highlights
• Full-Time : 40 hrs / week - Evening Shift
• Rotating weekends / holidays; on-call required
