We are currently seeking a full-time, day-shift Skill Builder I to join our team on our Children's program , located in Fayette County, Indiana .

About the Role :

As a Skill Builder I, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients and families develop essential life skills that support developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers. You’ll work closely with therapists and medical staff to coordinate care and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with therapists to develop, implement, and revise treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group skills training for adults and children, focusing on :

Self-care and daily life management
