Flexibility as a Per Diem Peds Intensivist with Banner Children's Specialists

The Pediatric Critical Care team with Banner Children's Specialists is currently seeking a per-diem board eligible / board certified Pediatric Intensivist to join our team. Our critical care specialists provide coverage for a 24-bed PICU with ECMO capability, pediatric trauma, congenital heart services, and an overall admission volume of 1300 per year.

Location :   Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ

Job Detail :

• Per Diem Shift coverage - no minimum shift requirements
• Average daily census is 12 with 24 beds
• 12-hour shifts- days and nights are shared (flexibility in how shifts are negotiated and scheduled)
• Current staff consists of 7 Physicians and 1 NP
