Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Pricing Specialist with experience in import / export operations to join our logistics team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Magaya software and a strong understanding of international freight pricing, quoting, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate pricing quotes for import / export shipments (air, ocean, and ground).
• Analyze carrier rates, surcharges, and market conditions to provide competitive pricing.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and carriers to obtain best rates.
• Input and manage quotes in Magaya system.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish regarding pricing inquiries.
• Monitor quote validity and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain updated knowledge of customs regulations and logistics trends.
