Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman

As a Property Maintenance / Handyman Technician, you are a key team member supporting the work of field operations. Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration and T.L. Reese Properties. Specific Responsibilities :

• Driving company vehicles with or without trailers
• Property maintenance
• Flooring installation (Vinyl, Vinyl Plank)
• Carpet & pad installation
• Wood framing
• Metal stud framing
• Drywall installation (finishing, texturing, tape, mud, finish and sand)
• Pre-hung door installation
• Vinyl window installation
• Cabinet installation
• Finish caulking (trim, tops, etc)
• Painting
• Suspended ceiling systems installation
• Door hardware installation (locksets, dead bolts, panic hardware)
• Rubber roofing installation and maintenance
• Plumbing fixture repair / replacement (toilet, tub, shower, faucet, drain, etc)
• Electrical fixture repair / replacement (light, fan, outlets, switch, etc)
• Construction projects
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Meet deadlines
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
