Fort Worth Country Day is seeking enthusiastic student-centered educators who love teaching mathematics and are eager to join a vibrant Upper School community. Reporting to the Head of Upper School these dynamic highly qualified and approachable teachers will serve as both math instructors and advisors with one potential immediate opening and one confirmed position for the academic year.

Responsibilities include :

• Teach five sections which could include AP statistics Algebra I / II Geometry Precalculus Analysis Personal Finance classes duties and assignments vary year-to-year
• Serve as an advisor for ten- twelve upper school students
• Clearly communicate classroom expectations grade student work punctually using growth-mindset feedback that provides a path forward
• Develop strong partnerships with families
• Provide extra help opportunities during free periods before or after school
