Equitable Audit Services (EAS) provides independent and objective assurance and advisory consulting services through a highly competent and diverse team. As a business partner, EAS assists management by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the Company's risk management, control, and governance processes. The intern's key responsibilities will include :

• Assist in internal audit activities including discussions and inquiries to our business partners, identification and understanding of risk and controls, development and completion of testing, and the communication of results.
• Assist in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing including updates to process documentation, completion of testing, and communication of results.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives in the Department.
