Wedding & Events Coordinator (Independent Contractor)

San Francisco, California & Surrounding Areas | Hybrid / Remote Flexibility | 1099 Contract

Mostest is seeking experienced, established event planners to join our network. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are already running their own planning business or working as seasoned freelancers and are excited to expand their opportunities.

As a Mostest Coordinator, you’ll get to do what you do best — plan and execute unforgettable events — without the burden of chasing leads or managing a sales funnel. Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and event staff
• Overseeing event timelines and logistics
• Providing on-site management to ensure seamless event execution
• Supporting client relationship growth through excellent service

Qualifications
