Key Responsibilities

Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a specific team for client calls

Communicate with donors using an approved script and secure financial gifts

Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while making 16-24 completed calls per hour

Required Qualifications

1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record

Dedicated wired internet connection

A quiet home workspace free from interruptions

Basic computer skills
