M-F Type Office Hours, 9am - 6pm

Light Phone Call only (1 : 5)

Average 25 patients / day

Great Payor Mix : NO Medicaid, mostly Commerical Insurance (2 / 3) with some Medicare, Self-Pay and Occ Med
