Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Advocate for an inclusive work environment that honors diversity.

Qualifications :

  • Licensed or certified according to state requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Quality and Risk Management with hands-on leadership.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and push / pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Capacity for prolonged standing and walking.
  • Willingness to travel, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to perform tasks that require reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.

    • Skills and Abilities :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.

    • Working Conditions :

  • Indoor, temperature-controlled environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
  • May involve exposure to blood and body fluids.
  • Responsibilities may require working under stressful circumstances.

    • Work Expectations :

  • Adhere to established attendance and dress code standards.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Participation in disaster response efforts may be required.
