A highly regarded law firm located in Woodland Hills is seeking an experienced administrative law attorney with a preferred background in medical knowledge. Lewis, Marenstein, Wicke, Sherwin & Lee, LLP has assisted disabled public workers in SoCal since 1971. Specializing in injured public safety workers, we secure disability retirement benefits and counsel members of CalPERS, County pension systems such as LACERA and City of Los Angeles pension systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while able to manage complex matters with minimal supervision. This is an excellent prospect for a candidate who would like opportunities to present cases through an evidentiary hearing and to Superior Court.

• Duties\
• Advise clients of the rights of disability retirement benefits in California
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and solutions tailored to their needs
• Requirements\
• Admission to the CA state bar association
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in administrative law
• General knowledge of California public pensions and general medical knowledge

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : xuwmhxw $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
