This work supports an office focused on metrics and building dashboards. The Metrics and Assessments team builds dashboards within Power BI to visually present counts, percentages, and other metrics that show the value of tradecraft, information regarding collection and reports, and general metrics covering data usage across CSD. The role includes learning Power BI to create dashboards and documenting efforts, with opportunities to build Custom Connectors in Power Query M to call RESTful APIs and extract data from agency tools and repositories.
The workload varies over time. The role is to be a go-getter who seeks opportunities and works proactively rather than waiting to be told what to do.
