Responsibilities Include :

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for U.S. federal, applicable state, and international jurisdictions reporting requirements.
  • Manage on-time and accurate aggregate spend and transparency reporting submissions for the U.S., applicable U.S. states, and international jurisdictions;
  • Own and maintain the data collection and remediation process, driving continuous collection efficiencies to reduce manual data remediation;
  • Interface with colleagues and key business counterparts to gather the payment information with HCPs that is needed for the transparency reporting;
  • Oversee the Data Source & Collection program. Develop a project plan and track the quarterly data submission dates, conduct quarterly meetings and readouts, and monitor data submissions throughout the year to ensure data is coming in on time;
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and training materials / plans related to aggregate spend and transparency reporting;
  • Deliver training to new and existing employees regarding the policies and procedures for transparency reporting and spending with HCPs;
  • Ensure accuracy of all healthcare professional transfer of value spend data gathered from internal and external source data systems by conducting reviews and remediation of expenses and invoices which contain payments to HCPs and healthcare organizations (HCOs);
  • Monitor US and OUS Sales and Marketing organization spend interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. Develop reports and alert mechanisms for spend transactions that may be out of compliance with policy and work with Sales Management to remediate the exceeded limits;
  • Support and prepare the required federal, state and international payment reports including verifications and review of data and respond to external healthcare professional and internal partner inquiries. As needed, revise the data and resubmit with the accurate information;
  • Manage our global reporting tool and vendor to streamline the tracking, analysis, and reporting of HCP / HCO spend data;
  • Developing standard dashboards and reports to summarize the HCP and HCO spend data and providing updates to the business and management on trends and potential areas that should be reviewed in more detail;
  • Implement new Sunshine processes as new laws and regulations are passed;
  • Continuously review processes for Transparency Reporting and identify and implement process improvements.
  • Create guidance documents and reference materials for compliance systems that track transfers of value;
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to the upstream data processes for HCP engagements, grants, and other TOV data in scope for transparency reporting.

Requirements Include :

  • Significant organizational and time management skills as well as personal discipline necessary to maintain current accounting of all active matters and to proactively and routinely update relevant stakeholders on matter status;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Self-starter; highly motivated and ambitious;
  • Sound judgment combined with comfort and willingness to make decisions;
  • Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams and effectively solve problems;
  • Comfort with dynamic change necessary to drive or support continuous improvements within the compliance department and for other internal clients;
  • Willingness and capability to represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other business associates of Integra LifeSciences;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced skills with Power BI, Excel, and Cognos;
  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare compliance;
  • At least 2 years experience managing the Aggregate Spend program for a pharmaceutical and / or medical device company;
  • Knowledge of Aggregate Spend requirements for US and International markets (Italy, France, South Korea, and Belgium. Additional countries a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in business and an advanced degree or certification.
  • Tools And Equipment Used

    Microsoft Office, Securimate Third Party Manager, Porzio HCP Engagements and Transparency or other transparency tools, Power BI, Oracle EBS.

    Additional Details :

    This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

    Salary Pay Range :

    $81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary

    Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
