Compensation : $100,000
Responsibilities :
- Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
- Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes.
- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
- Set yourself apart from all others by the exceptional experience your sellers and buyers have working with you.
- Ask for referrals when the clients are the happiest with your service.
