The Role :

Our client is hiring an in-person Closer who is also a licensed Physical Therapist to join the team in Jacksonville Florida. This is not your average PT sales job youll be meeting with warm leads who have already expressed interest in working with the clinic, conducting consultations, and guiding them through the decision to commit to a tailored treatment plan. This is a one-call-close offer, and your clinical background will give you a unique advantage in positioning the value of care. Youll work closely with a small, highly skilled team of 45 other PTs and play a key role in helping patients say yes to getting their life back.

Value of the Offer :

$2,900$4,000 per care package , depending on the specific plan. All services are private-pay (no insurance) , giving you freedom to sell based on outcomes not authorizations.

Compensation :

On-Track Earnings : $100K-$120K per year (base + commission)
