Job descriptionGuide customers through the business license renewal process in person, over the phone, and via email. Make outbound calls to businesses to explain renewal requirements and encourage timely action. Follow up with past-due accounts to secure payment and resolve outstanding issues. Document interactions and track progress using internal systems. Provide clear, courteous, and solution-oriented support to all customers. Prior experience in customer service; collections experience is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling phone calls and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy. Ability to learn and use NetAssets software (training provided). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, there may be a need to have this position provide coverages for breaks or other administrative finance support as needed. Onsite Schedule : 32-40 hours per week Pay : $17.93 / hr. Powered by JazzHR
