Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the plant's quality testing and reporting systems , ensuring they align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal performance goals.
• Manage and maintain product specifications, test methods, and procedural instructions , collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance throughout the production process.
• Conduct thorough line validations when introducing new products or implementing major process changes, verifying that all quality parameters are met and documented before full-scale production begins.
• Ensure the accurate and complete maintenance of all quality records , including audits, inspections, and corrective actions, to support traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the Quality Control team , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while driving performance to meet and exceed plant quality standards.
