    The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiative management, cross-functional coordination, program management, content management, off-site and event planning, calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, and expense management. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong background in supporting C-level executives, particularly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    Applicants for the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a similar role. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in managing complex business and personal calendars, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft G-Suite and experience with project management software is essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations, with experience in the financial services industry being a plus.
