Job Description

Lead overall project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Review plans, specifications, and submittals, identifying potential risks and providing proactive solutions. Manage project financials including cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor invoicing. Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract compliance. Drive project schedules, prepare progress reports, and lead project meetings. Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained throughout the project. Manage project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Successful track record managing projects valued at $5M+ across at least two sectors (e.g., healthcare, education, retail, residential, federal). Strong financial acumen with proven ability to control costs and drive project profitability. Experience with multiple delivery methods (GC, GMP, Design-Build). Solid understanding of construction documents, scheduling logic, and project risk management. Proficient in MS Office Suite and jobsite / project management software. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
