AHEAD is searching for an Onboarding Engineer to be a part of our Managed Services team. Candidates are eager to learn, customer focused, an effective communicator, self-initiating and can perform most tasks without direct oversight.

Responsibilities

• Configure infrastructure in the client environment to be added into monitoring including Network, Server, Storage, Backup, Data Protection, Hyperconverged, ESXi, and other infrastructure.
• Create client technical documentation.
• Communicate the status of the onboarding project tasks.
• Ensure that clients' infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and configured with accepted technical best practices.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert and as an escalation point on complex monitoring issues for the Managed Services team.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
