Cashier / Host - LaRosa's Florence

Job Summary :

Greets and serves the needs of each guest from the front counter and / or greets guests at the door in a friendly manner. Seats and presents menus to guests cordially, professionally and in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Takes carry out orders from guests
• Accurately rings out dining or carry out tickets
• Checks carry out orders for accuracy before giving to guest
• Able to use a computer to ring in orders
• Interacts with guests at the front counter to ensure a positive dining experience
• Able to report to work in a neat clean uniform
• Cleans front counter and / or Host area and other areas as assigned
• Greets guests in friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.
• Seats and presents menus to guests
• Manages waiting list when necessary
• Run floor plan board by observing tables to keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
• Works with Team Members throughout the location on a daily basis including : Store Management, Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Other duties as assigned
