GIS Systems Architect (5+ years) (Senior Level)

Think Tank is a woman-owned small business with more than 27 years of proven success delivering exceptional IT and consulting services to the federal government. We are currently seeking an ideal candidate for the position of GIS Systems Architect (5+ years) (Senior Level) to support a high-impact staff augmentation project with Fairfax County, Virginia. This position is conditional upon contract award expected in September / October 2025. Résumé of successful candidate(s) will be included with our proposal. The requirements are as follows :

• Design, implement, maintain and support enterprise GIS systems and applications.
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server (including other roles such as Image Server, Business Analyst Enterprise) and / or ArcGIS Online.
• Determines requirements for new GIS systems.
• Performs performance tuning, troubleshooting and diagnostic operations.
• Should have experience with full enterprise GIS stack including enterprise GIS databases, desktop GIS applications, web based GIS platforms and applications (ArcGIS Online, VertiGIS Studio).
• Experience customizing and extending base software (ArcGIS Pro extensions, custom controls, etc.)
