Senior Paralegal

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and draft a high volume of agreements and maintain a repository of templates

Investigate facts, gather documents, and provide summaries for attorney needs

Conduct legal research and deliver education and training on specific business needs

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)

Paralegal certification is preferred

Minimum five years of relevant experience in a GPO company, law firm, or healthcare legal department

Experience with GPO and supply chain contracts is highly preferred
