What You'll Be Doing :

The Senior Treasury Operations Analyst position is crucial for the effective execution of cash management activities. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional internal teams (Accounting, Tax, Legal, Property Operations, etc.) and external entities to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, they provide support in the Debt and Compliance area and serve as backup for Cash and Accounting functions in the treasury workstation. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and driving process improvements are also key responsibilities of this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

Salary : $83,871 - $105,000 / year; In addition to base salary, a discretionary annual target bonus is provided.

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

Machines, Tools and Equipment, Software :

Computer w / Internet and email capabilities, Telephone, Facsimile, Photocopier. Familiarity with Treasury Workstations and bank payment platforms; Excel experience is required.

PHYSICAL AND VISUAL ACTIVITIES :

Ability to hear and speak well enough to converse over the phone and in-person (expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken or written word). Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed written or verbal instructions to others accurately and easily. Able to see well enough to use the computer effectively and read written communications. Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds for the dissemination of documents, supplies, materials, etc. to various locations throughout the office / facility. May be required to climb stairs depending on the property structure.

About the Team

The Treasury Department manages cash and facilitates financial transactions as requested by various internal groups - including wire transfers, ACH, positive pay, new bank accounts, cashier's checks, online banking applications, and other financial related services. Also known as Cash Management, we are responsible for safeguarding company assets using bank prevention measures as well as the approval matrix internally for authorization of outgoing payments.
