What's your day like?

As a new Shipfitter at TREO Staffing, LLC, you will be immersed in a fast-paced shipyard environment where precision and safety are paramount. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints and specifications to assemble and fit metal components for marine vessels. Expect to engage with tools such as a torch for cutting and welding as you work on various ship parts.

You will also be responsible for washing the welds to ensure clean and durable finishes. Your typical schedule may vary, as we offer both day and night shifts to accommodate the demands of shipyard operations. Weekend work may also be required, allowing you to gain valuable experience in a vibrant setting.

Each day will present new challenges, ensuring that your skills are continuously honed while contributing to vital projects in the marine industry.
