Key Responsibilities
Generate a high volume of distinct, conceptual hooks and scripts for various briefs
Craft high-performing scripts for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
Provide script direction on-set during video shoots and oversee post-production processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or creative strategy, particularly in paid social and digital video
Strong understanding of engagement-driven visual and verbal languages across social media
Ability to work autonomously and manage projects under tight deadlines
Experience in using performance data to inform creative decisions
Portfolio showcasing high-performing social campaigns and video scripts
