Must-Have : Experience as surgical tech in ENT, ortho, GYN, GU, hand, general, plastics, and neuro service lines. Scrubbing required.

Description :

Client auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax, which can be re-added.

A clinical profile review and manager interview will be conducted.

Unit consists of outpatient OR with three OR rooms.

Average number of cases per day is between 12 and 15.

Required certifications include BLS and CST, with a WA license mandatory.

Experience should specifically cover the mentioned service lines.

Scrubbing is required for this position.

Minimal use of EMR Cerner as a surgical tech is expected.

Scheduling options include five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts from 0700 to 1730, Monday through Friday, with a guarantee of 36 hours per week.

There are no weeknight or weekend call requirements.

No holidays or call requirements are expected.

Call response time is not applicable.

Floating may occur based on staff to volume.

If cases are low, staff may be asked to float to other locations.

Scrub color and dress code will be provided by the facility.

Two days of unit-oriented training will be conducted for new hires, along with general hospital orientation.

The cancellation policy allows for up to four shifts to be canceled during the 13-week assignment.

The charting system used is Cerner.

A BSN is not required for this position.

Licensure and certification are necessary for job eligibility.
