Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : Remote (serving Massachusetts schools)
Schedule : Full-time, 35 hours per week
Caseload : Pre-K through Grade 2
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students in grades PK2. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting a dedicated school team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive virtual experience who thrives in a collaborative, flexible, and student-centered environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services in a virtual setting for students in PK2.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.
Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress in pliance with Massachusetts school-based requirements.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation for all services provided.
Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and other collaborative activities as needed.
Adapt therapy strategies and materials to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Massachusetts SLP license (and CCC-SLP preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience in Massachusetts.
Proven virtual therapy experience and ability to independently manage online service delivery.
Strong understanding of the IEP process and pliance documentation.
Excellent organizational, munication, and technology skills.
Flexible, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and supporting colleagues.
