Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Finance Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this position will help manage day-to-day financial operations, supporting accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure records remain accurate and up to date
- Track, categorize, and report program expenses for both internal and external requirements
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable; assist with resolving discrepancies
- Support payroll tax reporting and compliance
- Perform data entry and maintain the general ledger with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with organizational budget preparation and ongoing monitoring
- Provide support during annual audits, including gathering and organizing documentation
- Maintain records in line with internal controls and funding requirements
- Collaborate with administrative staff, vendors, and outside partners when needed
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or financePrior exposure to Medicaid billing and / or Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) preferredHands-on knowledge of AR / AP and general ledger processesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software systemsStrong attention to detail with solid organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to maintaining confidentialityCompensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, onsite position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet deadlines or support organizational needs.
