Description

Compensation $68,250.00 per year

Schedule : M-F 830a-430p plus traige on call responsibilities.

Medical or medical stipend. Dental, Vision, Benefit time, 401K.

Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and mentor Intake Coordinators and support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for intake operations.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes accountability and professional growth.

Position Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities :

Education and Experience :

Required Education and licensure : Associate degree in a related field. Licensed practical nurse; New Jersey and Pennsylvania LPN License.

Preferred Education :

Required Experience : Two (2) years of experience in a Medicare-certified Hospice / Home Care agency with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Evidence of leadership ability; including evidence of ability to take initiative, delegate authority appropriately, ability to role model, ability to serve as a change agent.

Preferred Experience :

Fulltime / Part-time Full-Time
