The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to be the central hub for the firm's GenAI initiatives. This is a crucial role where you will be the primary driver of strategy and transformation, building the frameworks that will underpin our use of emerging AI technologies. You will act as a key leader and a trusted liaison between our technical teams, business units, Legal & Compliance, and Information Security, ensuring that innovation is managed responsibly and aligned with firmwide priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain clear, integrated project plans for GenAI initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination across the firm.
- Develop and maintain a central inventory of all GenAI activity, ensuring visibility and alignment with firmwide priorities while identifying new opportunities.
- Facilitate essential processes such as GenAI-related approvals, project tracking, reporting, and documentation to keep initiatives progressing effectively.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including technical and non-technical teams to improve processes and reduce barriers to GenAI adoption.
- Help ensure that best practices and governance standards are consistently applied across all projects, fostering a culture of responsible innovation.
Who we're looking for
At least six years of professional experience in program or project management, ideally within consulting, government, or technology-driven environments.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, including building integrated project plans and coordinating with a wide variety of stakeholders.Deep expertise in facilitating approvals, reporting, and documentation processes, with a focus on transparency and responsible execution in a regulated environment.Experience with GenAI is highly valued; candidates without direct GenAI experience should possess an impressive skillset in a relevant area such as analytics, digital transformation, or technical strategy.Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical groups.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of improving and building processes from the ground up.J-18808-Ljbffr
