Maintenance Supervisor – North Kansas City, MO

Shifts Open : 3rd Shift (10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure effective daily operations
• Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery (mills, welders, cutting systems, material handling equipment)
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs
• Monitor spare parts inventory and support procurement
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency in maintenance processes
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
