Job description$500 quarterly retention bonus (1st year) Paid Training & Safety Incentives Vacation, Personal Time, & Bad Weather Pay Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) 401(k) Opportunities 3-Year Progressive Pay Plan And much more… Learn and apply Morton’s construction procedures and safety standards Interpret and build to construction plans Operate tools and equipment to safely frame and build structures Perform framing, roofing, siding, door / window installation, and finish work Maintain a safe, respectful, and team-oriented job site Framing, carpentry, or post-frame building experience preferred Valid driver’s license preferred Willingness to travel (up to 40% overnight travel; potentially up to 2 weeks at a time) Comfortable working 9–10 hour days during peak season Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs) Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet Must follow safety protocols and complete training Pay : $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Bonus : Earn up to $2,000 your first year — includes $500 bonuses paid quarterly Pay Schedule : Weekly pay
