Job description
A company is looking for a Digital Product Specialist Associate to support digital products and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and support for key digital products within the marketing and customer experience portfolio
Utilize digital analytics to develop product requirements and drive successful launches of digital products
Coordinate user acceptance testing and serve as a product super user and trainer for end users
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required
Experience in digital health products is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with user-centered design and integration into digital experiences
