Some of the Key Responsibilities Include:

• Be the go-to expert for all things digitalhelp customers and team members navigate online banking with confidence
• Champion innovation by promoting adoption of cutting-edge digital tools and services
• Solve challenges fasttroubleshoot issues and deliver seamless experiences for Bill Pay, P2P, and Treasury Management products
• Own the detailsmanage account setups and ensure smooth onboarding for digital services
• Protect what mattersmaintain compliance and keep customer transactions secure

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Regulation E and digital banking platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
