Verifications Specialist
Our client is in search of a Verifications Specialist who will function as an integral part of their team, responsible for authenticating the employment history, educational background, professional references, and licensure status of job candidates on behalf of their behalf.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily in the performance of education, employment, and reference verifications provided by job applicants on behalf of our clients
Review and complete verification requests as ordered by our clients
Determine, through research, the next steps to verify the information
Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system for the Verifications Department
Conduct internet research to verify education and employment information provided by job candidates
Email businesses, schools, and professional organizations to verify information given by job applicants on behalf of our clients
Conduct interviews with professional references to assess a job applicant's previous work history
Administrative responsibilities related to the Verifications team
