Do you enjoy balancing details like scheduling, permits, and vendor coordination while keeping finances on track? If so, you may be the right fit for our Project Manager role at American Rooter & Drain.

This is a hands-on position where you own the installation process end-to-end. From verifying financing to pulling permits, staging materials, and coordinating with crews, you'll ensure every project runs efficiently, profitably, and on schedule.

🗓 Schedule

Monday - Friday, full-time

Occasional Saturday support may be needed based on project load

Sundays always off (reserved for God & Family)

What You'll Do :

✅ Verify financing or deposits before scheduling jobs

✅ Pull permits and track inspections for compliance

✅ Coordinate purchase orders, staging, and vendor invoices

✅ Schedule projects with Dispatch and monitor daily progress

✅ Support Accounting with accurate documentation for fast collections

✅ Provide weekly status reports to Operations leadership

✅ Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

Who You Are :

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable managing financial details like POs, invoices, and collections

Strong communicator with both internal teams and customers

Self-driven and able to operate independently

Experienced in project management, logistics, or operations (2+ years required)

Bonus Points If You Have :

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical industries

ServiceTitan or other project tracking software experience

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
