Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays there is also On Call coverage 5p-7a (so 24 hours those days) January 19th through 25th February 23rd through March 1st March 16th through 22nd April 27 through May 3rd JOB DESCRIPTION : Inpatient only Patient volume varies - 3 consults per day, 2 procedures per day Trauma level II 18 ICU beds, 18 tele beds, and 10 CMU beds APP support - APP's- M-F 1-2 APP's are staffed during the day, weekends- 1 APP for 5 hours / day Interventional cardiology procedures required TEE's would be highly preferred. Balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUs and IFR are important. STEMI volumes vary greatly. In 2020 they averaged 3 STEMI activations per week SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : MD diploma Internship / residency / fellowship certs All medical licenses DEA Board Certification Life support cards- BLS Current and previous certificates of insurance Driver s license Professional color photo / headshot CMEs for the past 2 years Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID References Case logs CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Board Certified Interventional Cardiology - REQUIRED Active ID license or active IMLC (LOQ at time of name clear) - REQUIRED Clean malpractice and no background - REQUIRED Local candidates, no flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - REQUIRED - Verbal confirmation required at time of name clear Must be able to cover most / all of these open dates - REQUIRED
