Job description

A company is looking for an AVP, Revenue Cycle Management Outsourcing Client Contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the creation, negotiation, and execution of client and vendor contracts

Provide sales support and assist with RFP reviews and responses

Lead and manage the contract team, ensuring compliance and risk management

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

3-5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation within revenue cycle management

Experience with technology-enabled healthcare services

Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and payer-provider dynamics

Experience in supporting RFP responses and negotiating terms with clients
