Schedules Available : - 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM, varying days, including weekends & holidays - 10 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM, varying days, including weekends & holidays

Momentum is hiring a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support disabled individuals with daily living needs in a group home residential setting. As a Caregiver / DSP, you will support people with their physical, emotional, and social needs by focusing on the person first.
