A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for a diverse, multidisciplinary workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop self-paced eLearning modules and performance support materials
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning solutions
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of instructional design experience with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
Proficiency in at least one eLearning authoring tool, preferably Articulate Storyline or Rise
Business healthcare and clinical experience
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Background or coursework in instructional design, education, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
