We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Well & Monitor Well Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in drilling operations and hold a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License & Drillers License in TX). This role requires the ability to travel to various project sites, including overnight trips, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate drilling rigs and equipment for water well and monitor well installation.
• Familiar with Geo Probe and Mobile Drilling Rigs a plus.
• Conduct site evaluations and determine appropriate drilling techniques.
• Manage and supervise well drilling operations in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot drilling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding water well and monitor well installation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Travel to job sites as required, including overnight stays.
