The Lotus Case Manager / Intake Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties within case management, utilization review, and community correspondence in the inpatient setting. These include, but are not limited to, daily contacts with Lotus referral sources and Third-Party payers, discharge planning and aftercare coordination. The Lotus Case Manager / Intake Coordinator will be a liaison between the acute and Lotus adolescent female programs.
