Lead Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Hands on leadership and contributor role. Developing and executing hands-on, a long-term IT strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.Infrastructure Management : Hands-on overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data storage systems.Systems Administration : Managing hands-on, all IT systems, applications, and databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.Security and Compliance : Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our IT assets and sensitive data. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.Team Management : Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals.
