The Ideal candidate will have 8+ YOE with ERP and Systems, managing processes and working hands-on cross functionally across all departments.

Lead Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Hands on leadership and contributor role. Developing and executing hands-on, a long-term IT strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.
  • Infrastructure Management : Hands-on overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data storage systems.
  • Systems Administration : Managing hands-on, all IT systems, applications, and databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Security and Compliance : Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our IT assets and sensitive data. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Team Management : Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Vendor Management : Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Financial Management : Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI.
  • Innovation and Digital Transformation : Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) preferred.
